well do sit-ups- i started with 100 and im doing them each night before bed and maybe try the grapefruit diet!. it working for me so far ive already lost 5 lbs and its only 11 days after i started it! if you google in "grapefruit diet" it will show you what to do and also don't forget to do exercise along with the grapefruit diet!. like i said do sit-ups, run, walk, and just whatever else you can!. cardio is also very effective but don't do more than 45 minutes of it a day!. some other sources are jillian michaels!. all you have to do is sign up at her site and she will send you newsletters including exercises and tips!. also drink lots of water!! drinking a bottle of ice cold water by itself burns 64 calories i think because it works your body to adjust the temperature inside you!. oh and eat lots of fiber!.

Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen

Diet wise : drink 8-10 glasses of water!. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don
