You can do aerobic exercise daily 1/2 hour to 1 hour is a good range!.

Weight lifting every other day!. It's actually more productive than doing it every day!. Muscles need a day to recover and expand their fibers from the previous day of lifting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As much as your body can handle!. Just make sure that you're getting the necessary vitamins n minerals, and plenty of rest!. Don't strain yourselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

try to incorperate protein into every meal, and work out 3 to for times a week for at least an hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
