Any carbohydrates high in insoluble fiber (this will cause the digestion process to lengthen!.!.!.therefore making you feel fuller longer): Examples: Rolled oats, lowfat popcorn, brown rice

Unsaturated fats: almonds, walnuts

Couple the above with a balanced diet of proteins, carbs, and unsaturated fats!.!.!.eat 5-6 small meals a day!. This will increase your metabolism dramatically and satiate your hunger, while decreasing your overall appetite!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

surprisingly, bright lights! Well lit rooms decrease appetite when compared to dim lighting!. this is the reason that restaurants use dim candle lit rooms for serving!. Also, drinking a full glass of water right before meal time always saves at least 100 calories worth of eating!. Of course it has to be said but exercise also works!. If you are working out and working on fitness you pay more attention to what you eat and when you eat it!. This leads to a healthier diet and not desiring snacking as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

smoking isnt the best way to end hunger and can cause problems down the road!. there are many things you can do to decrease appetite like chewing sugar free gum they've had studies that prove chewing sugar free gum can increase metabolism!. other things you can do are eat small meals or snacks every two-three hours!. entertain yourself using ways other than food!. drink water its 0 calories but it can fill you up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
