Ok I Am 5'5 And I Weigh Like 145. My Goal Is To Gain Muscle, But Lose The Fat. I Am Not Sure How To Quite Go About Doing This. I've Read That It's Better To Concentrate On Only One Of These At A Time. If That's True Then What Should I Focus On First? If I Can Do Both Effectively How Should I Go About That As Well? I Am Going For The Fitness Model/Bodybuilder Look, So Bascially Very Feminine And Sexy Muscle. Anyone Who Is Very Knowledgable In This Field Please Help, I Am Just A Bit Confused On Where To Begin. Oh Yes And I Am A Beginner :)!! If Anyone Has Any Good Advice & Answers They Would Be Greatly Appreciated. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

Okay first focus on losing weight. If you add muscle then you'll appear overweight. Then on to the muscle try doing push-ups or something. In about 4 months you'll have what your looking for. YOUR WELCOME VERY MUCH!!!!!!
