I jog 2-3 miles every night and when i get back i like to do 100-200 sit ups in 4 sets of 50. Usually I do it on my trampoline because i can hook my shoes underneath the bar and it does not hurt my tailbone. is this good or should i do them on a flat and hard surface? P.S I feel roughly the same resistance.
