Is my weight okay for a tennis player?!

Question:

Is my weight okay for a tennis player?

I'm 14 yrs old, 5'7, and 114 lbs. Do I need to eat more if I'm going to be working out and be playing tennis around 5 times a week, or would I be okay not gaining anymore weight? I usually do around 50-100 push-ups a day and about 50-100 crunches a day. I also usually play tennis for around 2-4 hours when I play. Advice please? =)

Just some info on my eating habits: never eat sweets, such as ice cream, candy, chocolate, etc. I usually snack on cereal, bread, stuff like that. Yea, I watch what I eat =P

Answers:

A person who is physically active for at least 1 hour a day should be eating at least 2000 calories. At 5'7, 114 is not a healthy weight. Watching what you eat is good though, it keeps you healthy. Healthy and skinny aren't the same thing. Maybe you should try eating foods higher in protein..those will help you safely gain more weight..muscle..not fat.
