I want to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks the healthy way, is that possible?
I have already lost 20 pounds in two months by excercizing and dieting, but the last 10-15 pouds I want to lose is taking forever. What can I do to speed up the process before I go on vacation.

The more you weigh the more weight you'll lose.. You can do it just eat around 1200-1800 calories a day and exercise.. 30-45 min a day 6 days a week. and do weight training at least every other day.
