Question:
New diet plan work?
so w/ all the diff diet suggestions i created this new plan:
((i am currently 5'6 and 135))
90 minutes of cardio(at least 500 calories worth)
and then all vegetable diet, with the exception of a grapefruit ( and a splenda)for breakfast and a lean piece of grilled meat for dinner.
and loads of water.
do you think this diet will work? how long do you think it will take to lose 5-10 pounds???????????????/

yes its realistic, i go to the gym 5 times a week, so actually i would proyl only do it 5 times a week

Nope. It's too much exercise and too few calories. You will put your body into starvation mode in no time. Trying eating a more balanced diet with whole grains, lean meats and fruits and veggies. Aim for at least 1200 calories a day, never any less. Add strength training to your routine at least 2x a week to maintain muscle mass, and don't over train by running so much everyday. 45 mins 4-5 times a week is more than enough.
