Im 14 almost 15 155 lb and would like to lose weight before school starts?
i am 5 feet tall and weigh about 155 lb. my goal overall weight would be about 100-110 lb i have been walking about a mile a day but i just started a couple days ago so im warming up to the exercise part now for dieting what should i tell my mother to buy to last me a week. yogurt, chicken breasts, oatmeal what types of foods and meal ideas. if i walk a mile a day and eat about 1200 calories a day how much can i lose before september 5?

Well from now to september 5 you can loose about 30ibs maybe more but its all up to you, you really got to put your mind to it, do lots of cardio , if you are going to be walking then try to walk more than a mile challenge your self , add some running to it.
Key to loosing weight, good diet and sweat , do anything and everything you can do to make yourself sweat
