I would like to be slim for this?
I would love to loose 20 pounds total. I am having a grad party on Aug. 4th and I want to loose as much as posible before then. How can I do that, be specific.

I did this and it worked - I lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks.
I ate 6 small meals (the size of your fist) between 6am and 6pm:
Kashi Go Lean cereal with skim milk
half an apple and 1/2 cup cottage cheese
green peppers and carrots (no dip)
half an apple and a hard-boiled egg
small salad with chicken
tuna salad with 10 saltine crackers
I drank half my body weight in oz. of water a day and I ran 1-3 miles a day, 5 times a week. The key for me was not eating anything past 6pm (or 4 hours before you go to bed). This gives your body a chance to use its energy to burn calories while you sleep instead of wasting its energy digesting food while you sleep.
