Gaining weight with muscle?
I am at about 145lbs and im 6 feet tall, Im a pretty athletic kid, Im almost 17 years old, so i understand i have a very fast metabolism, I quit lifting weights when i left school (for homeschooling) Im wondering if by taking protein shakes daily or any other drinks/bars (please suggest) plus lifting weights again, if i could get up some weight, I dont think id lose much since im very thin already.
Also, Im investing in a weight bench within the week

Pretty dumb response I usually dont bomb on advice but saying I have a very fast metabolism should tell you that I do eat, I could eat pretty much whatever and not gain weight, any better advice , thanks in advanced.

Muscle weighs more than fat and so if you are able to put on more muscle you will but on more weight.
