Need 2 loose weight?
i am 15 yrs old i am 5' 3" and 145lbs i need to looose wieght i would like to get down to at least 130lbs im jogging every morning when i wake up for approximetly 10 minutes but my heart rate defenitly gets going....but i need help sticking to the diet im surrpunded by fast food and take out i need some ideas of what i can eat as and alternate im also staying away from soda drinking water or gatorade or other kinds of juices...but diet and running evey morning should do it right?
