How do i tone my arms, legs and tummy?
im not fat but im not skinny
but i just want to make them more muscular
and not like jiggily and flabby lol

What I do is these wierd exercises I learned in P.E. they work you put your hands behind u and then cross your legs and put them in and out while they are in the air, they work and hurt. or crunches or lay down flat on ur back and then bring your leg up to knee level and back down do that like 50-200 a day and arms, i just lift very light weights like 10ibls. 15-20 reps a day.
