Situps, put your arms at your sides and bend at the waiste while reaching down with your hand toward your ankle. Do this alternating each side - left side, right side - like that then move your hands in front of your legs and alternate reaching down below your knees. Adding weights to each hand will help - books, canned food, whatever you have that has some weight and can be held in your hand. Leg lifts and bicycle peddling while laying on your back is also good. Eat protein and eliminate anything with sugar in it - even sweet fruits, yogurt, corn - foods can be foolers. Good luck, you can do it.
