Body image? i have been workin out and doin cardio for 3 years..?
2&1/2 of these years i ate what ever i wanted ..i consumed around 4,500 calories a day with no problem ( i ate lots of fast food.. 2 - 2 liters of coca cola a day...fried food...desserts...everything!) i had been a small framed nerdy guy but eating this way and working out let me put on 80 pounds people could not believe how i dramtaically increased in size they thought i was takin steriods..this past half year i have cut down calories to 1000 a day.. and no more than 28 grams of fat a day.. no salt ..only water to drink...only baked or grilled no seasoning..i really took it to the extreme to get washboard abs..i never was fat or even chubby i did have a lil stomach but not a gut.. i miss all the tastey food and having a bulky muscular body that everyone noticed..now i looked ripped but i have lost alot of size..is it normal for a 18 year old to constantly worry about what he eats.. when he eats..and counting calories and carbs and everything else.. i lost 43 lbs in 2 months. opinion ?

It sounds like you need to keep eating that large amount of calories to keep your frame large - so in switching to eating healthier, maybe you need to start eating way more protein?
