I'm a 16 yrs old female and would like to lose about 5 lbs. Suggestions?

i'm 5'2" and 105 lbs. i eat well. plenty of fruits. plenty of protein. drinks lots of water. do cardio work out 45 mins everyday (core rhythms dance video). but i still can't get under 105. i need to have stronger abs to kayak more efficiantly as well but loath crunches and situps. any suggestions other than the generic, eat well and exercise? cuz i got those down already.

i'm 5'2" and 105 lbs. i eat well. plenty of fruits. plenty of protein. drinks lots of water. no soda (for almost two years now). do cardio work out 45 mins everyday (core rhythms dance video). but i still can't get under 105. i need to have stronger abs to kayak more efficiantly as well but loath crunches and situps. any suggestions other than the generic, eat well and exercise? cuz i got those down already. i am not being overly obbsessed with my weight. its just annoying to be almost skinny but not actually skinny. sure 115 may be average for my height but that includes all the overweight people as well as the tiny people so average is no comparison. no i don't smoke if anyone is wondering.

You sound like you are in perfect shape and have a great diet. If you want abs, I would recommend Hip Hop Abs. I have been using it for 2 days now and I can literally see my abs starting to shape and my stomach hardening. It's awsome! You don't get down on the floor for a single crunch or sit-up, you just dance the pounds off!! You get results fast and it so much fun.
