Question: Help with weight loss please!!
I am over weight and I'm trying to lose some!. I'm not trying to be bean pole skinny, just healthy again!.I am 5 foot 6 and weight 215 pounds so i know i have a long way to go!. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and really need to get in gear here!. I have tried a lot of different things but nothing really sticks for too long!. Please don't be mean or rude, i already know the obvious and don't need to be told I'm fat! I'm just looking for some help!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok first and most importantly don't buy into any of these "quick fix" diet pills, crash diets or fat flushes and whatnot!. Not only do they rarely work but by using a quick fix you aren't learning the skills to maintain a healthy weight afterwards and you are just going to gain back any weight you may lose!. Second of all its very important that you keep in touch with your doctor to be sure that your diabetes stays under control during your weight loss journey( i'm diabetic myself so i know that it can get a little out of control when your body goes through big changes)!. To lose the weight you should eat about 1700 calories a day(fruits, veggies, lean proteins and whole grains), exercise daily(mix it up with strength and cardio) and drink plenty of water!. And remember, if you mess up one day its completely normal!. It is not however a reason to get completely derailed from your health plan!. Take one day at a time, do your best, don't make too big of a deal out of it if you have a bad day(but don't let that be a reason to give up all together) and remember that afterwards you will be a much healthier, more confident and most likely a happier person for it:) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok eat plenty of vegetables and slow down on the calories take plenty of walks instead of using cars and work work work on your body with plenty of exercises!. I've lost a lot of weight and now only 5 kilos to go if you can't afford gyms or hate them go for jogs in the morning walk the door etc!.!. You can beat it I know you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you think your hungry drink water (hunger is often confused with thirst by overweight people)!. It wont harm you but your hunger might go away!.

Make what you want to eat(whatever you like) serve it up then scrape half off your plate for later!. Chew dont gobble!.

Walk everywhere!. Even if you dont need to go anywhere just get up and walk to the corner and back a couple of times a day!.

low carb!.!.!.which you now know with the big D!. regular exercise, eat light!. Junk food, fast food, etc, must cease to exist in your mind!. Food is about fueling your body, not social occasions, holidays, tasting great, etc!. plain and simple!. There is no special diabetic diet, just a very healthy diet!. Chicken, diet drinks (soda, juice, etc), nuts, lean meats, etc!. Subway is my best friend now!. It's basically a strict diet for the rest of your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go vegan!. That's the best advice I can give you!. Cut out meat and dairy as much as you possibly can!. Try to eat only whole grains, veggies, fruits, beans, legumes, etc!. Keep your food simple!. If you do go vegan, do a little research and check out food combinations that ensure you get all the nutrients you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat plenty of green vegetables!. They are low in calories and high in nutrition!. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism!. Here are some free workout videos and other tips to lose weight fast!.!.
