Question: Ive been working out for a month now doing 30 minutes of cadio and then circuit weight training!.
I havent lost a pound, and I work out 5 days week!. I'm really bad with my eating, and Im curious what kind of a diet I should have to help go hand in hand with the type of workouts I am doing!. Why havent I lost any weight yet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat healthy foods and drinks!.!.!.(no fast food fried food or soda)
and if u still dont lose anything than that means ur losing fat and gaining muscle!.!.!. muscle weighs more than fat so im sure that u r gaining muscle and losing fat so its staying the same weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why haven't you lost weight!? Well because diet is key ask anybody!. You need a good diet in order to lose weight just like saying you ran 2 miles and ate a cheeseburger and fries, it depletes the 2 miles leaving you nowhere!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
