Any other way to have a flat stomach than doing sit up/crunches?
i'm 5"4 and 110, i cant help but feeling i'm fat.
er... probele cause of my stomach and thighs, they're not... fat, just not skinny enough for me i guess...
so, is there any thing i can do to flat my stomach? other than sit up and crunches(i do more than 50 everyday, its a habit now =D )..
it be great if you have tips on make thighs skinnyer.

cardio exercises like running, biking, and stair steeping will help burn the extra fat off your stomach and should make your thighs thinner also
