Help with my dinner?!
Question: Help with my dinner!?
I am trying to watch my weight, maybe lose a little I don't know!.
And I need help as to what I should have for dinner!. I am going to a Thai place, and I like Pad Thai!. Is that too many calories!? Too many carbs!?
Today I have eaten a huge bowl of special K for breakfast and 2 apples!. And its now 5pm if that makes any difference!.

Anythign with the whites (sugar, white rice, and flour) not a good idea!. Phad has sugar and rice noodle I believe!. You did so good today!.!.!. why not opt for something healthier!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
Indian is good, just watch the sauces!.
I stay away from the naan bread, as much as I miss it :( but go for the chicken!. Lean meat is good!Www@Answer-Health@Com
