Here's just a few ideas. Pick what sounds the most fun to you.
Run around the block a few times. Play tag/capture the flag with friends. Do line sprints (also called ladder sprints or suicides) from one side of your yard to the other.
Go swimming at the city pool. Do a few laps (use a kickboard if you're not a good swimmer).
Play basketball/shoot hoops for an hour.
Hitting a ball back and forth at the tennis court.
Jumping rope for 15 minutes.
Swinging on a swing (and pumping your legs to get high) is actually a decent workout.
Run up and down the stairs at your house for 3, 10 minute intervals. Ride your bike around the block a few times (bonus if there are hills you have to ride up).
Anything the involves getting your heartbeat up, and makes you breath heavier for about 10 minutes is a good way to start. Start slow, and work your way up to 45 minutes a day of constant activity.
