Question: Does drinking water and refraining from sweets help you lose weight!?
if you hardly drink anything but water, and you rarely eat sweets!.!.!. can you lose some pounds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

but if you really wanna lose weight do at least 2 hours of cardio a week

If you are serious about losing weight I strongly suggest doing some cardio work (Running / Biking) and eating the right amount of carbs, drinking water will help!.

So well not eating junk food but you must put some real work in to really tone up!.
