How do you lose weight when you don't care?
My weight has been all over the place. I started out paying attention in middle school, I was 153 pounds 5'5". I became anorexic and went down to 108 lbs. My self-esteem got better, I started eating again and went back up to 163 lbs. I joined the army and I was back down to 140's healthy, running and that stuff. Each year that went by seemed like I was adding another 10lbs. I just recently got out at 170. I gained another 20lbs because I am not running anymore, and I eat more, with a lot less calories being burned, cuz I don't do as much as I did while I was in. I know all about eating right and excercising, my problem is motivation. I look in the mirror and think "wow, you'r fat" but then I don't do anything about it. I always think about doing something, even bought a gym membership, which I have used once. My self esteem isn't based on my weight anymore and I can't find a reason to lose the weight. Any suggestions?
