Why do some advise against weight training daily if you want muscle growth?!

Question: Why do some advise against weight training daily if you want muscle growth!?
I understand muscle damage is necessary for new muscle cell generation!. If you train daily will you "over damage" the muscle making you efforts to build muscle counter productive!? I heard 3 days between workout!. Is soreness the factor to determine frequency!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I day is enough, just train different parts of ur body, every second day, stress to ur muscles is a sure way of knowing that u have trained, i!.e soreness or tiredness to that part of the muscle, if at the end of ur training for that day, u can still pick up a heavy weight and do 10-15 reps, then the weights u have lifted for that period is too light, at the end of a training period u should only be able to do 1-2 reps with a given weight, then u know u have trained, muscle groups- biceps and chest, shoulders and legs and so on!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 days between is longer than I would usually go for, but you do need time to rebuild between strenuous sessions!. Giving at least a day or two between training days for a particular muscle group is important if you're serious about growth!. If the muscles don't have time to rebuild before you start messing with them again, you're likely to do damage, and it's actually counterproductive for growth!. The rest time allows them to build more quickly/efficiently!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Soreness shows that your muscles are recovering from their previous workout!. It is not proper to workout a muscle when it is still sore because you are working out a muscle that has yet to heal!. If you want to work out 5 days a week you can either do a different body part a day or you can do two boday parts a day rotating for 6 days a week!. This will provide adequate rest for the healing process while allowing you to work out on a daily basis!.

soreness is not the factor!. soreness means your muscles are being put under stress they are not used to!. if you work out while sore your performance will drop so i dont!.

you need at least 48 hours between working out the same muscles/muscle groups!. dont work out chest one day and shoulders the next becuase they both use you're triceps etc!. also dont workout back and biceps day before or after shoulders as they share muscles as well!.

overworking out does not allow time to repair your muscles cuasing more damage and no gains!. eventually you could injure yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you lift, you cause tears in the muscle fibers!. If you train the same muscles every day, you do not allow the muscles to repair themselves!. If your muscles cannot repair, they won't hypertrophy!.

The time in which the muscles are repairing themselves is the time when they are becoming larger!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to give the muscles a break, although I don't know the exact reasoning why!. I'm sure you'll receive more informed answers shortly!. The guys at my gym switch off different muscle groups on different days!. Legs one day, arms another!. They all seem to take wednesday off and don't come in to the gym at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

to get growth you have to allow for recovery!. you can train every day, you just have to have a plan that works different groups on different days, so you can rest and recover the muscles you just worked!. soreness can be an indication your body hasnt recovered fully!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
