If I were to lose 1000 calories a day, how much weight will I lose in 3 weeks?
I drink plenty of water and I eat tons of fruits and greens. The only time I actually eat a big meal is for dinner. But in the morning til dinner, I snack on fruits, green salads, and hard boil eggs. Is that bad?

If that is physically possible, (and it is with exercise) then lb = 3500 calories,
1000 x 21 days = 21,000 calories
21,000 / 3500 = 6 lbs of weight loss. Which is entirely doable, and a healthy weight loss to maintain.
