Is This A Good Exercise Plan ?!


Question: Is This A Good Exercise Plan !?
I am 15 year's Old , 5'8'' , 145 pounds !. I have an OK Body but with some upper body fat!. A week ago I made this exercise plan that i will make a commitment too !.

Saturday - Run for 30 minutes , 10 crunces , 10 sit-ups , 10 v-ups , 10 easy push ups ( were u are on ur knees, i have heard there more effective !. are they!?) and i do biceps curl (10lb) 10 on each hand and triceps by lifting them to my sides !.!. i do 5 and i hold them 5 seconds!.
Sunday- Jog for 10 minutes with more of the strengh training that i mentioned on my saturday plan!.
Monday - do the same as saturday
tuesday - do the same as sunday
AND SO ON !.

Since I am a Teen i mostly eat healthy food!. But i am not really carin bout food cuz i think exercise is more important!.

Can you Please Also Tell Me Some good foods and exercises

Okay, well those sit-ups are the easier ones, because you don't have as much pressure on the arms, but then you get less of a exercise for them too, but if you
