Here are some numbers for you to consider-

A pound of stored body fat is roughly 3500 Calories. You will have to eat 3500 Calories less than you use in your daily activities to lose one pound of body fat.

You weight 122 pounds so you will need somewhere between 1700 Calories (122 lbs x 14 Calories per pound) and 2200 Calories (122 lbs x 18 Calories per lb) per day to maintain your body weight. The range given represents very little exercise/activity up to very vigorous exercise/activity. Assume you will exercise vigorously for several hours a day and keep active the rest of the day: my guess is that you will need about 1950 Calories a day to maintain your present weight.

You want to lose 10 pounds (roughly 35,000 Calories) in 14 days. That means you need a Calorie deficit of 2500 Calories a day which is impossible.

On a 900 Calorie a day diet, you could lose about 4.2 lbs of body fat. You would notice a much bigger weight loss because you would lose water also. However, the water loss is temporary. Since your body is roughly 80% water (97 lbs), small changes in body water levels can fool dieters into thinking they have lost more weight than they really have.

Good luck on losing weight, but it might be better to shoot for a 1200 Calorie a day diet and expect to lose the 10 pounds of body fat by August 15th.
