Question: Gain weight!? (I'll give best answer!!)
My dad says he'll get me Guitar Hero if I gain 2 more pounds in 2 weeks!.
I'm 12 years old, and I weigh 78 pounds!.
Instead of overeating, what's another way to gain 2-3 more pounds in 2 weeks!? Eat chocolate!?

That is 1kg (2!.2lbs) in 2 weeks which is easily done and will not cause you to over eat in order to get there!. Don't start counting calories because its an awful habit to get in to especially as you are far too young to be concerned about weight to any great extent!. I can see that you ARE concerned about getting guitar hero, and effort is so much more woth while if you can be rewarded at the end of it!.
With this in mind and guitar hero as your focus, 2lbs in 2 weeks will be slow, steady and well worthy of a reward so here are some tips:
Make sure to always have breakfast-it is the most important meal of the day!. If you have cereal, use whole milk and add dried fruit like sultanas or raisins!. If you enjoy toast, use butter or have peanut butter and/or jam!.
Lunch: just make sure to have some form of carb-bread, rice, pasta, potato, couscous, that sort of thing-a sandwich is probably least hassle, again with butter if possible!. Follow that with a bag of crisps or pretzels or a chocolate bar, chocolate, biscuit, what ever you enjoy, then maybe a yoghurt!.
Dinner: Again as long as you have a carb, it can be a lighter option, maybe soup and toast or salad with bread/pitta/baked potato with a protein like chicken, ham, cheese, cottage cheese, and maybe a banana or another fruit to finish!.
Bedtime: Have a little something about an hour before you go to bed-a cookie or a banana are ideal and a milky drink-cocoa, warm milk, Horlicks, even a milkshake!
This meal plan should help you to reach your goal but more importantly, you should enjoy the ride!
I think you should try your best to keep to this healthy life style even after you reach your fist goal-why not speak to your dad and see if you can have weekly goals-it doesn't have to get expensive just something you enjoy like a trip to the cinema or a sleep over even a new toy or a day trip-as long as it is something that keeps you motivated!.

brewing yeast!. It has a lot of vitamin B, too!. It will make you gain
weight in a week!. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any
place which specializes in brewing!. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there!. Good for bones and hair as well!.

well dont over eat to the point of a tummy ache!.!. this is something you can do!.!.!. eat all 3 meals!.!. evern if your not hungry!.!. and eat it all!!.!.!. and everytime you go to the bathroom!.!.!. eat something high is calories!.!. like maybe a sweet n salty granola bar!.!. it is alot of calories but wont make you too full!.!. Eat a whole avocado a day!. Also eat lots of peanut butter, bananas, raisins, dates, nuts, such as almonds, etc! You'll gain weight healthfully and not just load up on processed sugary things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
wow!.!.!.ok well its not fat you want because in the long run that will kill you, so go with muscle besides it weighs more so eat well, and do some weight lifting, more muscle building than cardio workouts so less running more weights!. got it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat a lot right before going to bed, u'll gain weight in no time! but also try and no eat unhealthy things because then it'll mess up ure system! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a full meal just before laying down to sleep!. It will work, because while you sleep, there's not enough going on to burn the calories- it turns into fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you eat a lot of slow releasing carbs then your weight should increase!. like potatoes etc!. google them for a list!. also muscle is really heavy so exercise to build your muscle up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
