How can I get more healthy and stay fit and not crave junk food?!


Question: How can I get more healthy and stay fit and not crave junk food!?
I crave junk food!. What can I do about the junk food!. And get healthy and fit!? I am a 23 year old female!. I weight 160 lbs!. I am 5 feet 2 1/2 inches!.
Can any one recommend any website that I can get other info off of!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That junk food is very tempting!. I know!. I sometimes have those cravings!. When you get that "gotta eat now" feeling go for a piece of fruit or a small salad instead of the junk food!. It will definitely help you lose weight and maintain your weight at a healthy level!. Just pass by McDonald's and Burger King and Kentucky Fried!. That stuff might be very tasty, but it's really dreadful when you come to see it in another light!. Always go for what I call "real food"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've lost about 30 pounds!. When I first started "dieting", the cravings for junk food such as hamburgers, french fries, potatoe chips, etc!. were unbearable!. They eventually went away!. Several things helped!.

Drink 8 cups of water daily; sometimes the cravings were actually due to thirst!. I

Eat more veggies; veggies made me full faster and I ate fewer calories!.

Eating regularly and don't skip meals!.

Eat as few sweets as possible!. When I eat sweets, my body tends to crave it more!.

I had the same problem, what I did was look at pictures of really obese people and everytime I think of eating junk food, the picture of the obese people come into my mind and the crave disappears!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
