although equipment, if used properly, can assist in weight loss, the best thing to do to reduce weight is work out and eat right...this means swimming, aerobics, running, some careful weightlifting, etc along with fruits, veggies, lean meat, some carbs

"quick fixes" like a belt for 10 minutes a day don't work
