Answers:
hold a weight close to your chest or behind your head

or get ankle weights and then pull your legs up so they're perpendicualr to the floor and back down
repeat

also you can hold a weight between your legs and hold one in your arms and lie on your back and lift both up for 1 minute and then put back down

Cable Crunches - Go to cable cross over machine and attached the tricep pull down rope!. Hold the rope in both hands behind your neck and drop to your knees!. With you back parallel to thge floor as your starting postition, curl you head down toward your knees!. Return to staring position!.

Weight Sit up - Any sit up apparatus can be used!. Place a weight in your hands held close to the chest and do a sit up!.

Roman Twists - Medicine ball is held in hands while seated on the floor!. Legs and torso are elevated off the floor as it you are mid way through a crunch!. Then move the ball from left the right by rotating your torso!.

Weighted Leg Raises - Hanging from a pull up bar have a weight placed between your feet and pull you knees to your chest!.

i have a better one without weights! Try this one please! Lie on the floor, put your feet up under something like a kitchen counter (your knees are up, your feet flat), and then RAISE your upper back off the floor!. You will immediately feel your abs shake!. Try to lift and HOLD for 20 seconds!. Do this every day!. Keep your lower back on the floor, any higher up and your sides and back muscles are lifting you up!. Arms across the chest!. No hands behind the head!. It really works the abs well!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'll give you 2 ways!. 1 with a decline bench lie on it with legs over the end so you don't slip off hold the weight against your chest with arms in like dracula style ya know crossed arms and do sit ups or just do plain sit ups holding a weight on your chestWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can hold a weight flat against your chest during the sit-ups!. It adds weight to your upper body, which adds to the resistance for your ab muscles in raising your upper body during the sit-up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
