Is it OK if I skip half of my workout for the day ? This is urgent..!


Question: Is it OK if I skip half of my workout for the day !? This is urgent!.!.
I usually workout every single day of the week for two hours, but today I really don't feel like going for two hours!. Is it OK for me to not workout!. I usually workout as an hour of cycling then another kind of sport, I've cycled, but I don't really feel like doing another sport!.

Will skipping one hour today affect me !?

Rest is important!. Your muscles need rest to recover and rebuild!. In my opinion, you are working out too much!. You should also incorporate some type of weight training into your routine!.

Its very important to get right back on track though!. Sometimes if a person follows a training regimen religiously even when they hate will quit all together!. Cutting yourself some slack is okay!. Excessive slack will affect you though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah that is super ok!. It might affect you, but not like horribly
also you should take a break one day a week to rest your muscles and all that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you keep up your training and don't think it is ok to slack off after this you should be ok
