Question: School starts in 2weeks, please help!?
Alright so i go walking EVERY morning before breakfast with my friend from 7am-8am, and sometimes we also walk at night (SOMETIMES) from 6pm-7pm!. throughout the day i eat only three meals and a fruit after each meal!. I drink 8glasses of water and I do 50sit-ups before and after every meal!. I weigh 129lbs and I'd like to lose at least 10lbs by September 2nd!. What else must I do if i'm not already doing enough!? I started exercising last week so this would be my 7th day!. I need to know what i should and should not eat, any drinks you recommend that are best other then water!. Like i hear that green tea is good for you but how and how much of it should i drink!? anymore exercises i should be doing!? i need to lose this so please help me as best as you can!. oh and if you're wondering i don't drink anything other then water but i would drink green tea if it's that good for me to lose weight, and no, i do not eat junk food at all!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think its totally possible to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks!.I started a new diet a few days ago and I already lost 6 lbs!.It all depends on your motivation!.Exercise is always good but there is no universal meal plan that you should stick to!.Every diet suggest a different one and some are more effective than the others!.My advice is to try and avoid sweet drinks ,stick with green tea and water!.You can drink as much tea as you want but you should keep in mind that green tea alone wont do any good unless you exercise and eat right :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are being ridiculous, its fine to do excercise to stay healthy and fit but trying to use so much weight in 2 weeks is ridiculous!. you don't need to lose a ton of weight for the first day of school!. i'm sure you look fine the way you are!. but if your serious about keeping healthy cut the red meat and eat fish and chicken and lean meats!. also eat salads and carbs are important for your body but don't eat a ton of them!. just remember to eat from all the sections on the food pyramid!.
