Press ups/ any other work out!


Question: Press ups/ any other work out
whenever i do press ups i find id difficult to focus to breath and its as if my body forces myself to hold my breath force my self to stop breathing when i push my self up i think this is a problem as i can do 10 pressups and im no were near fat my body is well built for a guy my age and i can barley do more than ten why is this!. its same for anything else!.

when you do pressups breathe in on the way down, and exhale forcefully when you push up, just like lifting a weight, I had a lot of trouble with them until i realised i was concentrating on the pressup and not breathing :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Solely focus on your breathing!. You shouldn't need to focus on the movement!.

Breath in as you lower yourself, then out as you push up!.

Keep at it, it's the only way you'll improve!.

the more regularly you do it the easier it will become,if you arn't getting anywhere get a chin up bar there cheap and easy to fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
