Different people collect it in different areas!. For me, it's my thighs (esp outter) and butt!. For my Mom, it's her belly (she's got a big belly and average sized legs with a flat butt)!.
Unfortunately we can't spot lose weight!. I'd LOVE to be able to just lose it from where I need to, and keep it where I want it (like my breasts!)!.
Also, the inner thigh is a muscle area we don't use a lot in typical day to day activity, so it will tend to be jigglier than other parts of the body, even when it's not carrying extra fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
