Fatty Foods?!


Question:

Fatty Foods?

Does it really matter if you are eating Fatty foods as long as you stay on your recommended calorie intake daily? Or does fried foods have a lot to do with losing weight? I exercise regularly and eat within the recommended daily calorie intake but Im afraid that eating fried foods once in a while will prevent me from losing in more weight. What do you all think?


Answers:

The calorie content is what is going to cause weight loss or gain.

The fat content shoudln't contribute too much to the weight loss.

But, the fat content is part of a healthy life style, and if you are not just trying to lose weight, but eat foods that contribute to a healthy life style, then the fat is bad
