Is This Muscle Or Fat ???!


Question: Is This Muscle Or Fat !?!?!?
I am 14 and I am about 100lb (98lb) but I workout every day (25 push ups, 12 up and downs, 30 sit ups, etc!.) I have like a 4 pack (lol) I don't know if i am like fat or wat !? Btw wat are good exorcises to get "6" packs!.

lol you are short! i was like 5!.6 when i was your age!. anyway dude you are skinny you have a 4pack i only wish i had one!. im 16 and and 6'0!. like skinny but i still got to work on mine a lil bit!. you do a lil bit of sit ups!. try doing 100 a day or something!. i do 200 and you can notice the top 2 already barely!. you really dont need to run cuz you already got the 4 pack you just got to do more sit ups or crunches to get the bottom 2Www@Answer-Health@Com

well,do you look fat!?also weight depends on height and you didn't mention it!.The amount of muscle building you do doesn't help you loose weight that much so,someone could be fat and do lots of muscle building!.You need to do aerobics to loose weight so you can see the muscle you built from muscle building!.Crunches on a ball help building your abs faster!.make sure your head touches the ground!.It is harder the more you lean back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds to me like you under weight so I'm guessing its muscle
