It is good that you are starting early on the problem of extra weight!. Do aerobic exercises and increase the intensity gradually!. Take guidance of trained coach!. Eat less by reducing the size of helpings, add more fibrous food, such as salads and fruits to your diet so that you will get the confortable feel of fullness without the load of calories!. Lay off colas, refined foods such as burgers, etc!. Do not watch too much of TV to avoid idle eating that accompanies it!. Play field games like soccer, field hockey that require lot of running and other actions that will burn calories!. Do not get into skill games like tennis, because before you can get enough exercise from such games, you must have a high level of skill!.
