Answers:
* low fat, high fiber cereal - kashi, fiber one, etc stay away from the sugary colorful ones

* fresh or dried fruit - apples, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, apricots, plums, watermelon!.!. mix it up :)

* granola bars - again, stay away from the high sugar ones!

* oatmeal - get the plain flavor and add your own sugar to it!.!. you can add fruit, nuts, raisins, cinnamon powder, cereal, whatever you want

* veggies - baby carrots are great for snacking!.!. you can also buy celery, broccoli, cucumber, cherry tomatos, and if you have a microwave you can buy frozen veggies and heat them up and then season them for a nice dish

* packaged tuna, chicken breast, salmon, turkey breast, etc - canned meat is easy and you can eat all sorts of ways (salads, sandwiches!.!.) but make sure you buy the light kind and one that is low in sodium :)

* nuts - almonds are a great source of good fat and a delicious snack!.!. any nuts will do though! try to get the low sodium alternative though

* whole grains - bagels, breads, muffins, pasta, etc!.!. these are all ok if you eat them in moderation and not too often!.!. high fiber!

* yogurt and low fat string cheese - great dairy products!.!. get plain yogurt and toss it with some fruit!

* whole grain crackers - these are great for snacking!.!. try the WASA brand or any other whole grain crackers that are low in sodium but high in fiber!.!. you can spread some fruit jelly on them, yogurt, tuna with veggies!.!. be creative!

* rice cakes - another easy snack!.!. get the plain ones and you can top them with anything!

* eggs - great protein source and low in calories (esp!. the egg whites!)!.!. if you have a microwave you can make yourself a nice veggie omelet!.!. if not, they sell whole eggs already cooked at the deli, so just season them with some herbs and you're good to go

* sugarfree sweets - if you really crave sweets opt for the healthier alternatives!.!. Handi Snacks sugarfree pudding cups are delicious if you crave chocolate, vanilla or caramel!.!. they are only 45 cals :) you can also buy sugarfree fudgsicle pops, cookies, etc!.!. just make sure you eat them in moderation!

I can't think of anything else but that's pretty much what I eat in college lol!. Just make healthy choices!.!. stay away from high fat content foods, processed junk, sugar packed things, mystery ingredients and you'll be fine!. Keep up your exercise and control your eating :) Have fun in college!
