Are calories saved...?!
Question: Are calories saved!.!.!.!?
Are the calories you ate saved if you dont get sleep, like if you eat one day but dont sleep the whole days, are those calories still saved from the other dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
Excess calories are stored as fat in the body (regardless of what time of day they are consumed)!.
Your body requires / "burns" calories (during the day and during the night) simply to function!. Think of calories as fuel!. For your body to function (heart beating, breathing, etc), it requires fuel!. Fuel for your body is used both when you are awake (more fuel needed at this time) and when you are asleep (less fuel usually needed at this time, but still a considerable portion of your BMR)!.
