Question: Am I taking too many supplements!?
I am a long distance runner and started taking natural supplements to help me, I have noticed a big improvement in my time, healing, alertness, and attitude but I feel like I may be taking too much:
Mens Health Multi Vitamin
Glucosamine - Joints
Omega 3 (Fish oil)
B-12
Calcium/Magnesum
Ginko
Echinecia
Vitamin E
I also take two scoops of Whey protein with BCAA's after long runs and workouts!.
Should I cycle on and off to give my liver a break!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

just cut out the vitamin E!.!.!.its already abundant in Fish oil!.!.!.cod liver oil is the bestWww@Answer-Health@Com
