I came across some answers on Y!A and some say Running or bicycling while flexing/contrasting your abs will help define your abs!. Is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it really won't!. It will make it harder to breathe, which will sabotage your running though!. It *might* be possible to sustain a good enough contraction while running or biking, but you would get far better results by spending 10 minutes after going through a quick core workout!.
edit: This myth came out of the true fact that you need to train your abs in a similar way as they are stressed when you run!. Not *while* you're running!. It utterly butchers your form!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
