Tips for motivation for loosing weight?

I am 18 years old 5'6" and weigh 165lbs. I am in the navy and I had a plan to lose about 15-20 lbs and get in good shape. Then they sent me to a new division after I had all this planned out and we are on our feet 13 hours a day but the days I'm off all I want to do is shower and go to sleep because my body hurts from workin hard and I don't know what to do.

Perhaps find a friend to help motivate you and the two of you together can try to lose the pounds.

Try getting a CD player or MP3 player and listen to your favorite music while running or such.

Picture youself in one month being 10 pounds lighter and looking great while you are running. Realize that what you are doing is going to help you shed off the weight.
