Help needed to lose weight?
I am wanting to lose about 40 lbs. I cant find a good diet to get on! I need something that is not going to make me eat weird food or that is going to cost me a ton of money at the grocery store! Any ideas?

the best ways to shed some pounds are to
-walk fast 40 minutes 3 days a week
-avoid more than one snack
-"organic" does Not mean it is good for you it only mean that it is not processed the same
-limit your self to 2000 calories per day
-100 calorie snack packs are great, taste goos and can help with size
-AVOID buffets there horrible
-darker vegetables are much better for you
-berries and yogurt make a great dessert
here is a good recipie for healthy lunch(i make all the time)
-2 cups washed lettuce
-3 cherry tomatoes
-1/4 cup of shredded cheese
-1&1/2 table spoons of fat free dressing
add a protien bar on the side (limited to 20 gr. sugar)
and its a good lunch
