I have two weeks to get in shape.. how do i do it?
in two weeks soccer tryouts start, and i need to get in shape. i have an elliptical machine, and there is a track near my house. those are about my only two resources. i also have one of those big excercise balls but no idea what to do with it. whats the best way to get my body in shape? im already thin as it is i just need to tone up.. and i dont mind how tough it is either.

Okay run a mile every day, after the first few days run a half mile more every other day. The ball can be used for abs, you can find out how to do ad exercises on the Internet. Do 100 push ups every 3 days, then 100 crunches every other day then take a rest day 2 to 3 times a week.
