Question: What would be an ideal exercise routine for a 15 year old girl!?
Right now I am 15 and 136 pounds and I want to find out an exercise that will tone my body and keep me healthy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand!. I am 16 and trying to lose weight as I am trying to get into the 2012 olympics for swimming!.
Try to exercise 1 hour a day!.
You should eat the correct amount of portions in your diet!. i!.e!. vegetables, fruit, vitamins, starch (not too much), protein and a small amount of fat to keep you and your body in a balance!.
Also care for your body, I currently get a back massage by the local beauticans so I can relax and get exams results out of my system (which im concerned about now!)
If you keep that up for as long as possible you can lose a few pounds!

Well I am not that age and I am not conferable saying my age but i run on my Mommy's treadmill every night for 30 min!. Then I drink some water and stretch for 20 min!. This keeps me in shape and if I do it right it is fun!. You should try it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
