Okay.. i need HELPPP!!?

i am 15 years old, 5'9 and 165 pounds.. yeah i knoww..lol;

i REALLY want to lose 20 pounds in a matter of 2 and a half months.. so does any one have any tips for me? i am currently eating two bowls of frosted mini wheats for breakfast, dexatrim max20 drink and a nutrigrane bar for lunch, and somthing small for dinner, i also do 50 sit ups before i go to bed, 50 sit ups before i eat a meal, and 50 sit ups when i wake up.. am i doing good?? does anyone have any tippppppppssssssssssss??? i am in NEEEEEEDDD!!!!


Answers:

Cut out the sugar coated cereal and opt for something healthier like raisin bran or oatmeal. Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
