It depends on you really!.

Do you really want to stop!? If you love yourself, your health, use that as your motivation!.

I used to eat a lot before!. I haven't reached the 150 lbs mark or anything yet but I always ate a lot and I was growing bigger!.

What my mom did was go shopping with me!. She bought really cute tops - stuff I wouldn't dare to wear because of my big arms, etc!. And i realyl wanted to wear those clothes so I dropped 10 pounds and until now, I'm still keeping the weight and losing a little bit more!.

When i want to binge, my sister makes me feel guilty: "Remember that dress you want!?" and stuff like that!. I don't overeat now!. I load up on fiber so I don't get hungry that easily!. Once in awhile, I do treat myself to chips or chocolate cake!.

You have to know what motivates you and get help from your friends and family :) You'll feel better and healthier!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not sure if this is the kind of thing that you are looking for but this is what has helped me!. It has diet plans, etc!. It's a website!. This is 100% free!. You put in how much you are trying to lose, and by when and it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat per day!. It will give you a workout routine if you want one and if you don't it will tell you how many calories you would have to eat without exercise and still lose the weight!. Plus it offers meal plans too!.This is a website that has helped me to lose weight (34 lbs!. since Jan!. 08)!. I could have actually lost more but I have been slacking a lot!.It allows you to create a blog, keep track of what you've eaten, and your fitness!. Along with some other things!.It is kind of set up like myspace if you are familiar with that, but it is only for weight loss!. It is www!.SparkPeople!.com, and if you decide to do it you can tell them I sent you or stop by my page, my name there is Tryin2Lose2!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try shifting to healthier foods first, then work on the over eating!.

I've lost quite a bit by substituting bulgar wheat, Tabouli in some cuisines, a whole grain cereal in place of white rice and pasta!. It's high in fiber and a complex carb, so it helps you feel fuller for longer, while not setting off the appetite spike that simple carbs and sugars tend to do!. An easy substitution that doesn't make you give up the tasty sauce with the calories of the pasta!.

Bread, well at least I've moved to high fiber whole grain breads over the near sugar of white flour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok don't panic, there is a solution!.

Firstly you want to change, which is a big hurdle overcome!.

My mum is 5 foot tall (so really small in height) but for 20 years she weighed 13 stone (this is really heavy for anyone!)!.

In the last 6 months she has lost 4 stone!!

The way she has done this is through a fantastic organisation called FA (Food Addicts Anonymous)!. It is completely free and you go 2 or 3 meetings a week!. It teaches you to weigh and measure not only your food but also your life, and you work out what it is that makes you eat the way you do!.

She looks so healthy and fit now I am so so pleased for her, she has a new lease of life :)

Its available globally - just go to the website for information: www!.foodaddictsanonymous!.org

I would really recommend it to anyone, and best of all it costs you nothing :)

Just email me if you want more information!.

Good luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
