Can I work out after diner?!

Can I work out after diner?

Hey everyone,
So I normally work out in the morning, but sometimes i get busy and dont have time for it. So, is it okay for me to eat diner first at around 5:30pm and then an hour later do my work out or should I just for get it and just wait till the next day?


Answers:

well if u wanna do it after dinner, then u can take a light walk after your meal (10 to 15 minutes)
&then at about 7:15 u can have a workout.
