Question: I am really about to cry that my weight still the same!.!?
hey guys and gals, how are you all!?!?
I really need some help!. It's been 4 months since I started going to the gym and work out most of the time!. I weight about 220 pounds and i'm average height!. I run, walk, don't eat alot junk and fast food but i like rice and eat sometimes alot of it!. I spend most of the time, working out in the gym and lose lots of calories but i don't see my weight losing!. I NEED HELP PLEASE!! ): ):

No need to cry! You're making progress, honestly, it's just that the scale doesn't show it!. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you have gained any muscle at all, you've lost more fat in order to maintain the same weight!. And, those who have the most successful weight loss do it slowly!.
Also, you're healthier now because you've been working out, and that means a lot!
But, if you're not satisfied with the results, change up your workouts!. If you like what you're doing, increase it by 10 minutes a day!. Also, I know quite a few people who are having great luck with a mixed weights & cardio workout!. Start with 10 - 15 minutes of weight lifting, then do 30 - 40 minutes of cardio!.
Whatever you do, don't give up! If you get to live 20 years longer, but stay the same weight, it'll be worth it!

What Iraqii B said about water is not true!. It weighs a lot, but it helps you digest your food better, and helps your body eliminate what's not supposed to be there!. Especially if you're working out, you'll need plenty of water!Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont drink less water as above says, but watch your rice it is high in calories, its good for you (brown rice) but not too much!. Change your routine at the gym!. Write down every thing you eat see where you are going wrongWww@Answer-Health@Com
Drink less water and eat less bread!.!.they help you gain weight!. Exercise helps more than diet!. Skipping for hours(maybe with others), and 30 min jogs each day will have you losing at least 40 calories a day!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
